Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be home during the cleanup?
Nope! As long as we have access to your yard (gate code, unlocked gate, etc.), you don't need to be there. We'll send you an email confirmation when the job is done.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
We work rain or shine for light weather. If conditions are unsafe, we'll reschedule your visit to the next available day at no extra charge.
How do I pay?
Payment is collected after each service is completed — no upfront charges. We'll follow up with a simple invoice after your visit.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Absolutely. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Just give us a call or send an email and we'll take care of it.
